Teamfill is our trusted video interview platform. It allows recruiters to set up interview questions, invite candidates to record responses, and receive the completed interviews directly in Recrur. This ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Steps to follow:
- Log in to Teamfill.
- Navigate to the Positions section and create new position
- Add Position Title and Requirements
- if requirements are added, AI can easily evaluate candidates based on the answers
Add your interview questions:
- You can write your own questions.
- Optionally, you may use AI assistance provided in the platform to generate or improve your questions.
- move to section Interview Questions and prepare your interview
- change the order of the questions
- delete question
- add new question box to the section
Move to the section Other options and select Interview Language:
Move to section Title & Requirements and copy interview URL for candidates:
Once candidate has submitted their video it will be automatically send to Recrur candidates activity view:
